6:00pm DINNER AT THE EWALT HOME

All attendees and guest are invited.  Please join us for an informal “fiesta”.  This is an opportunity to relax and visit with those in town early for the convention.

Ken and Vicki Ewalt, 32 Lowland, Irvine, CA 92602-A gate code to enter the community will be provided the week before the event (it changes frequently).

*You will need to make arrangements for transportation-12.6 miles from the hotel.  We can all carpool and share Uber/Lift rides. 

Friday

10:00am-3:30pm GROUP OUTING-$25 per person

                10:00am Pick Up in the Hotel Lobby –Shuttle to Harbor Cruise

                11:00am Harbor Cruise Departure

                 1:00pm Harbor Cruise Return

                 1:00pm to 3:00pm Explore Balboa Area

                 3:00pm Pick up at Drop off Location

                 3:30pm Return to Hotel

6:00pm-8:00pm MEET & GREET

Attendees (free of charge) and guests ($10.00 each) are invited to join us in a hotel suit (the room number will be posted to the FB group page on Friday afternoon following check-in).  This is an excellent opportunity to mingle with convention attendees and welcome all of our new members.  Light snacks, dessert, and drinks will be provided.  Barbara Leather will be your hostess.
